Our Leadership

Pastor Mark Mandarano became our new pastor on October 3rd, 2021!  Mark served as a church planter in Ireland from 2000-2019 where he co-planted Laois Bible Church, and planted Tullamore Bible Church. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University, and a Diploma of Ministries degree from Bible Baptist School of Theology in West Chester, PA. Mark is the author of the book, The Road to Success, a Bible study on the book of James. He has been married to Connie since 1993, and they have four children.

Harry began serving as an Elder at OBBC in 2015 after serving as interim Pastor for 4 years. He has 24 years pastoral experience. He has been married to Fran since 1972 and has 3 children and 7 grand children. Harry has a wide variety of interests including- movies, history, reading, teaching the Bible, and jogging.
